This sauce is something half and something whole. So it's definitely not half and whole. With the aim of having a mayo that tastes both spicy and nice and smoky, we use this mayo. smoked-jalapeños-mayo liquid and pour it over everything that hasn't landed in our bellies by three. You can do that too. Or you can't. Live and let live.
