We’re looking for

Small to medium-sized spaces in outlets within large modern shopping centers. Prime 1a, 1b, or 2a inner-city locations in cities with > 150,000 residents. Catchment area of an exclusive shopping/event and office district. Sales points at train stations and airports. Branches in business districts with more than 5,000 employees.

Identification with the concept.
Experience in the restaurant industry and a comprehensible journey to get to this point.
