We are the first German purely plant-based fast-food concept that has successfully combined sustainability, veganism, and high product quality across multiple locations with profitability. Inspired by the idea to create a fast-food experience that is not only delicious and satisfying but also good for people, animals, and the planet, the story of Vincent Vegan begins in 2014 in the small kitchen of our founder, Christian Kuper. Here, with passion and curiosity, the first vegan recipes and creations are experimented with.
With the first recipes in hand and a firm belief in the Vincent Vegan concept, we take to the streets. Our food truck becomes a mobile ambassador of our vision - we tour the streets and bring our innovative vegan dishes directly to the people. It is an exciting time full of challenges and successes that will show us we are on the right path

With determination and hard work, we open our first permanent locations and become an integral part of the culinary scene. Deswegen ist es an der Zeit, unsere Brand noch breiter aufzustellen, indem wir das Wort „Vegan“ aus dem Namen streichen. Von jetzt an sind wir Vincent. Wir bleiben unserer rein-pflanzlichen DNA zu 100% treu, evolvieren aber vom „aufständischen Rebellen“ hin zum „seriösen Revoluzzer“.
